About me
Rob Galanakis is a Safe Streets advocate in Portland. He captains the Glencoe Bike Bus, and is a PTA President, neighborhood association board member, and BikeLoudPDX board member. Rob grew up in the original car-dependent suburbs outside of NYC and moved to Portland for a better life. As can happen, he tried riding bikes with his children to school and somehow ended up deeply invested in advocacy and local governance, transportation, and land use. Rob has two big kids, one small business, and many tiny animals.
