About me
Nic brings nine years of progressive leadership experience in the Public Works field. Beginning his career as an analyst and advancing to his current role, he has led efforts to improve organizational processes, support sustainability and climate action initiatives, and manage complex projects and programs. He holds a Master of Public Administration degree and is passionate about strengthening the built environment, with a particular focus on how public works and infrastructure shape quality of life. Nic led the rollout of Tualatin’s e-scooter program, partnering with Lime to expand active transportation options and increase mobility in the south suburbs.
