About me
Kiki Dohman is a seasoned transportation professional with more than 13 years of experience in transportation options (TO) and transportation demand management (TDM). She currently manages the Commuter Options Program at Salem Area Mass Transit District (Cherriots), where she leads innovative strategies that expand mobility choices for employers, commuters, and residents across Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties.
In her role, Kiki oversees a robust vanpool program and advances initiatives that promote bicycling and pedestrian safety, helping to strengthen sustainable and equitable transportation across the region. Her work focuses on practical, data-driven solutions that support mode shift, reduce single-occupancy vehicle trips, and improve access to opportunity.
Kiki serves on the Board of Directors for the Transportation Options Group of Oregon (TOGO) and is actively involved in leadership roles with the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT), where she contributes to advancing best practices in TDM and shared mobility nationwide.
