About me
Buddy brings over 20 years of experience in multimodal transportation design, serving as design manager for local agency clients on complex transit corridor, roadway, and highway design and engineering projects. He is responsible for developing transportation designs from concept to final engineering design and specifications; performing detailed project documentation including quality assurance / quality control checks; quality assurance / quality control throughout all levels of design; and performing cost estimating and providing a high level of responsive, technical support and guidance to his clients and teammates as well as to general contractors during bidding and construction. Buddy brings deep knowledge of AASHTO; local, state, and federal design standards; regional stormwater; FHWA’s Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD); and PROWAG standards and guidelines.
