Bodo Heiliger is the Head of School at the International School of Portland in the heart of Downtown, where he connects kids, cities, and community in all kinds of creative ways. He believes great schools help build great neighborhoods, from safer streets to more joyful, walkable spaces. Equal parts educator and civic cheerleader, Bodo is always asking one question: how do we design places that actually work for kids?
